Execution template for a guided practice in a controlled, simulated or authorised real environment: preparation, execution, evidence, verification, closure and learning (Annex C of the model).

Fill in before, during and after. The observed-result field is never completed before the activity takes place. The validation label can never be stronger than the preserved evidence.

Do not start without authorisation, with inadequate material, inconsistent data, uncontrolled risk or a situation outside scope. Practices involving animals, people, substances or sensitive decisions require specific screening; the model does not authorise tests on third parties or reserved professional interventions.
