Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to see the catalogue?
No. The catalogue is public. An account is required to enrol, save progress and obtain completion records.
Will the courses be paid?
No decision has been published yet. When there is one, price, included content and completion method will be stated before enrolment.
In which languages?
Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish and English, with academic equivalence between versions.
Choose by intention, not by department
Consulting and exploring have the lowest possible barrier: you only create an account to save progress, submit an activity or request a named record. Each door below leads to the same collection by a different path.
I want to start
Vocabulary, fundamentals and first practices. Start with the methodology and the glossary.
I need to do something
Guides with starting conditions, sequence, verification and stop conditions: tools and scripts.
I have a problem
Diagnosis by signs, hypotheses and referral: the case structure organises the reasoning.
I want to compare alternatives
Explicit criteria, constraints and conflicts of interest: evidence grid and library.
I want to improve a process
Practice record with initial state, execution, evidence and learning: practice record.
I need to look up a reference
Stable definitions and sources with access dates: glossary and evidence library.
I want to record a completion
Records of participation, completion and demonstrated practice, with a public verification page: verify a credential and credentials policy.
Complexity levels, not professional titles
The numbers identify the internal complexity of the collection. They are not equivalent to schooling, degree, profession or licence. You may consult content at different levels according to your need, and not every pathway needs to reach level 500.
| Level | Emphasis | Appropriate internal evidence |
|---|---|---|
| 100 · Foundations | Understand language, context and limits | Explain an idea and recognise situations |
| 200 · Application | Perform a guided task | Follow a script and verify the delivery |
| 300 · Operation | Handle variations and difficulties | Identify deviations and justify referrals |
| 400 · Design | Plan a process or solution | Compare alternatives and make choices explicit |
| 500 · Advanced study | Investigate, refine and adapt | Produce analysis or an experiment with clear limits |
Mandatory entry sheet
Every published pathway states an objective with an observable action, audience, level, prerequisites, estimated dedication (editorial guidance, not measured time), structure, activities, required materials, completion criteria, type of record and limits. It also states whether there is a cost, supervision, evidence review or self-declaration only. Every item has a responsible person, version, review date and status: current within scope, review needed, restricted use, superseded, historical or suspended.
